Three things we need before your onboarding call. Send them through and we'll have your account built, so we can finish the set up together on the call.
About 10 minutes
1
Your customer list
These are the people we'll ask first. It's where the early reviews come from, so the longer the list the better the start.
Export from your booking or invoicing software, or paste straight into the template above
Export as CSV or Excel. A PDF won't work, we can't read those
Check it includes first name and mobile number. Service date is optional
Delete anyone you'd rather we didn't contact, such as a customer in dispute, staff or family
Upload it on the form. If you can't get to it today, tick I'll bring this to the call instead
2
Your photo
This goes out with every review request, with your customer's name written on the screen. It's the reason our asks get replies instead of being ignored.
Video: taking your photo
Hold a blank iPad or whiteboard, screen to camera
Outside or near a window, natural light
You centred, plenty of room around you
Wear what your customers normally see you in
Not a dark selfie, nothing cluttered behind you
Written steps
Find a spot outside or by a window with good natural light
Hold a blank iPad or whiteboard at chest height, screen facing the camera
Have someone take it from a few steps back so you're fully in frame
Take three or four, then upload the best one. If you'd rather sort it on the call, tick I'll bring this to the call
3
Google Business Profile access
This is how we post your reviews and keep your profile healthy. Manager access, which you can remove any time.
Video: granting Google access
Written steps
Search your business name on Google while signed in, or go to business.google.com
Tick the box on the form to say you've sent it, and we'll confirm it landed on the call
Send it through
Fill this in as you work through the tabs. It stays put while you switch between them.
What happens next
We'll build your account with whatever you send through. Anything still missing, we'll sort it together on your onboarding call, and you go live straight after.
Stuck on any of it? Reply to your onboarding email and we'll sort it out.
